Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a 2500 year-old bodywork practice that promotes relaxation, helps restore balance and mental clarity, and inspires the free flow of energy in the body. The approach uses a combination assisted yoga postures, compression based massage techniques, and acupressure, while the massage session itself is a meditation in compassion and loving-kindness. Kevin has logged over 500 hours of study in Thailand with master teacher Pichest Boonthume, and considers each session an opportunity to go deeper into the ever evolving art.
